This legal notice applies to terminov.de, app.terminov.de, public Terminov pages on terminov.de subdomains and deinterminplanen.de where Terminov operates the technical platform.

The service provider stated above is the proprietor responsible for operating the platform.

Commercial register, association register or other register, registration number and VAT identification number must be added where available.
5. Supervisory authority and professional rules
If the service provider is subject to official approval, supervision, chamber membership or professional rules, the relevant information must be added.
Terminov provides a technical platform. Content on public company pages comes from the respective company.
6. Dispute resolution
Terminov is currently not willing and not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body unless legally required.
